Cinderella likes Cupcakes
I was contacted by The Cinderella Project a few weeks ago, asking for a donation of cupcakes for an event they were having.
After a quick peruse around their website, I was more than happy to donate 
The Metro St. Louis Cinderella Project is an event sponsored by the Community Council of St. Charles County. Promoting confidence and self esteem in junior and senior high school women, we provide the gift of a prom dress to young women in the metropolitan area who are unable to acquire one on their own. The young women are referred to the Community Council by high school counselors. Over 40 high schools in the metro area are invited to refer girls to the project in 2011!
I delivered 100 Red Velvet Cupcakes, Topped with Cream Cheese Buttercream (new recipe). Oh, and the cupcakes had chocolate chips inside and a strawberry and drizzled chocolate on top – YUM!
